Movably is operated by Tarik Davis. This notice explains how personal information is handled by this website and the Movably plugin. For a privacy question or request, use the contact form.
When you visit this website
This is an information website. It does not ask for your location, create user accounts or include advertising or analytics trackers. Netlify hosts the website and may process technical request data, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the service. See Netlify’s privacy policy.
When you contact us
The contact form collects your email address, message and name if you provide it. Netlify Forms processes and stores the submission on behalf of Tarik Davis, with spam protection that may process technical submission data. This information is used to answer your enquiry, investigate problems and keep necessary support records. It is not used to send marketing.
The basis for handling ordinary support enquiries is the legitimate interest in responding to people who contact Movably and maintaining the service. Please avoid including health information or other sensitive details. If unnecessary sensitive information is received, it will not be used to profile you.
When you use the plugin
Your conversation is handled by the ChatGPT or Codex service you use, under its own settings and policies. Movably’s hosted live connection processes the locations, travel times, stop IDs and functional access preferences needed for each lookup through a Netlify-hosted service operated by Tarik Davis, then sends the relevant query to Transport for London. It does not need your full conversation, medical history or diagnosis, and does not automatically detect your location.
The service does not deliberately store journey history, request bodies or transport results. Error logs contain the tool name and error category, not your journey details. Netlify may process technical request and security logs under its retention policies. Your ChatGPT or Codex service may retain conversations and tool results. An optional server-side TfL key is sent only to TfL and is not returned to users. Earlier or local versions may run a helper directly in your host environment instead. Official station or operator pages may also be consulted.
Read the relevant provider policies: OpenAI and Transport for London.
Retention and service providers
Support information is kept only as long as needed to answer the enquiry and handle relevant follow-up, disputes or legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. You can request deletion using the contact form. Netlify, OpenAI and transport data providers apply their own retention practices to information they process independently.
Service providers may process information outside the UK. Their policies explain the locations and safeguards that apply. Personal information submitted through this site is not sold.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information held by Movably, restrict its use, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Use the contact form to make a request. Requests about your ChatGPT or Codex account should be directed to OpenAI.
You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes
This notice will be updated if the service or its data handling changes. The date above shows when it was last revised.
